Reading is necessary, fun, and so important in the foundation of your child's life.  Reading isn't as automatic as some would suggest.  Reading begins with learning the sounds of the letters and advances in stages.  Some children do well with their journey when in the beginning stages of reading and then have issues when other subjects are incorporated.  Content area reading can be tricky, but we are here to help.  In content areas, new vocabulary is introduced and the way that it is presented may not be as easy to the reader than regular reading has been.  The purpose of this website is to let you know we are here to support your family by being helping your child stay on track with his or her reading.
